THE PROCESS
Design: A designer will meet with you for a personal consultation to determine your project requirements, present our design portfolio and take appropriate measurements.
Planning: Budget Decks and Home Improvement will prepare detailed drawings, acquire permits and provide for licenses and insurance.
Construction: The materials needed to complete your home improvement project are delivered to your site and inspected. Construction begins with our contractors in close communication with supervisors to ensure plans are carried out properly.
Final Inspection: Your completed project is inspected carefully to ensure both your satisfaction and ours.

Our decks are constructed with 100% concrete footers and our free-standing support beam design which provides substantial support for all individual floor boards. The deck is then bolted to your house for additional strength and a custom fit. Budget Decks and Home Improvements go above and beyond the minimum requirements of state and local building codes. The stairs on decks built by Budget Decks are made with closed risers for a more attractive appearance and added support and safety. Our steps are built to last and eliminate bounce and our stringers are spaced at a maximum of 18 inches on center for additional stability. Vinyl rails and posts are an option for a completely low maintenance deck. An attractive light kit added to your deck provides lighting and security for enjoyment after dark. Other optional features include custom benches and planter boxes.
